Seriously I don't remember them being as cute or funny as Jaryn but then again I am getting old and might not remember things as I used to (sshhh don't tell anyone that). Let me just tell you a few things about Jaryn this week. First we were playing mother may I for FHE and I told her she was first she was so excited so I told her to take 10 Hog Frops. She stared at me like I was an idiot, which clearly I was, and then folded her arms and marched out of the room exclaiming that she was NOT going to play this game because she didn't know what hog frops were. Meanwhile Kevin and the other kids were rolling on the floor laughing at how silly I was mixing up Frog Hops with Hog Frops.
Then after the kids were to be in bed saturday night, I made my rounds to each room to read stories and do the nightly ritual of good nights. When I got to Jaryns room she was sitting on the bed reading her scriptures ( mind you shes four so she is just putting everything she knows about them into her own words) Still cute and when she saw me she quickly hid them under her pillow. I asked her what was under her pillow and she said "What? I like to sleep with my scriptures under my pillow." I said "oh so you can learn from them by Osmosis(spelling???)." Once again she looked at me like I was the dumbest person in the world and says "yes mom they are all about Moses"
Ok well I thought it was cute.
